TERMS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENT AND REFUNDS:
Land based programes:
- With your reservation or untill 61 days prior to departure: A deposit of 50% of the full amount is due (final payment is due 60 days prior to departure)
- 60 days or less prior to departure: Payment of full amount is due immediately

All cancellations have to be done written to our office.
- Up to 31 days prior to departure: All but the non-refundable deposit will be returned.
- 30-16 days prior to departure: 50% of the deposit will be charged
- 16-1 days prior to departure: 100% of the deposit will be charged

Galapagos programes:
- With your reservation: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the full amount is due
- Up to 90 days prior to departure: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the full amount is due (final payment is due 60 days prior to departure (not refundable)
- 60 days or less prior to departure: A non-refundable payment of the full amount is due immediately

Lack of payment will produce an automatic cancellation of booked space.
We may cancel any departure due to insignificant booking or other reasons beyond our control. In such case, an immediate and full refund will be made of the amount paid to Culturas Peru. Itineraries and trips may be altered due to weather, trains, flight delays, sickness and other circumstances beyond our control. If any trip has to be altered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control, the additional cost of changes and delay is the responsibility of the participant. No refunds will be given for unused services, lodging, meals, and transportation. No amount will be refunded after a trip has departed.
INSURANCE:
We recommend that you protect yourself with travel insurance covering accident, trip cancellation, and emergency evacuation, available from any travel agency. Our trip costs do not include these kinds of insurances.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
It is vital that all medical problems are comunicated to us well before departure. Participants should select a trip appropriate to their ability and interest.

CULTURAS PERU Viajes y Servicios S.R.Ltd. reserves its right to exclude any passenger from one of their tours in case the passenger is physically/mentally not prepared for the program he chose or if the service has not been paid fully before the trip start. If you leave the trip for any reason, you are responsible for all incurred expenses. No refund will be given.

CULTURAS PERU Viajes y Servicios S.R.Ltd. doesn’t take responsibility for accidents, illnesses, destroyed or lost luggage, cancellations of transports, natural disasters and anything else out of their control. Culturas Peru is not responsible for services provided by third parties.
